Banana Muffins

We don’t ever let a banana go to waste! In fact, we may have let some bananas get overripe on purpose just to make these. They’re super easy (and delicious), and kids can help with every step from mashing bananas to measuring and mixing.

P.S. Make sure the muffins don’t go to waste too by individually wrapping them and freezing what you can’t eat immediately
